Tracking Your Shipment Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep in real-time. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

Incorrect Addresses and Lost Packages Psychonaut Genetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with USPS to locate it, but we cannot guarantee replacements for items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
