Eligibility for Returns We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Psychonaut Genetics. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, such as tinctures and seeds, we can only accept returns on items that remain sealed and untampered with.

The Return Process Customers wishing to initiate a return must contact us within 30 days of receiving their order. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable.

Inspection and Approval Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges for Damaged Goods We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during the initial shipping process. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photo evidence so we can rectify the situation. We are committed to ensuring you receive the high-quality products you ordered in perfect condition.

Non-Refundable Situations Please be aware that certain situations do not warrant a refund, such as items not in their original condition or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Additionally, sale items are generally considered final sale and may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrived damaged.
